As my arm comes up, and goes out of the way, Lookit, I'm able to either deliver a palm strike to the nose, a palm strike to the chin, or, if I'm too close, even an elbow strike under the chin or to the face. If I can grab the person from the back, once they're kind of keeled over, I can also do a knee strike to the face, a knee strike to the genitals, and evade. You may have noticed that if I was in a situation where all I could do is step to the side, we make the hammer fist, strike to the genitals. It bends our opponent over, and now, knee strike to the face, knee strike to the face, and retreat. So as with all of our practices at home, it's important that we understand why we're gonna have our training partner hold the pads in a specific place, and why we're striking them once or twice at a time. So in this one, we're going to be practicing the skill of how to defeat our aggressor from the choke from behind. Now I did it lightly, obviously you can get your training partner to hold it well, so that you can get a little bit more strong, a little bit more strong as you build up your strength, your flexibility and your skills techniques.
