So in closing let's just recap. We wanna make sure that we incorporate a good stretching exercise into our lifestyle that makes sense with our daily schedule but allows us to stretch vital tendons, ligaments, and other muscle structures so as to not harm them. We wanna practice good nutrition where we're getting plenty of hydration through six to eight glasses of water a day, sometimes more depending on the heat index of your environment. Thirdly we wanna keep excess weight off through good nutrition, low simple sugars, and a good exercising habit into our lifestyle. Fitness is vital to building strong muscles, tendons, and ligaments that can compensate for us when we're put in positions where we cannot use good ergonomics in every case and scenario. And lastly posture is vital to a lifestyle. Keeping our stomach muscles tucked in, making sure we sit nice and straight with everything in line helps to combat postural strain which is one of the leading causes of accumulated stress syndromes and injuries to our backs, necks, shoulders, and other parts of our bodies. We wanna make sure that when we are sitting for any length of time that not only are our feet flat on the floor but our backs have a nice, natural curvature to them and our stomach muscles are tightened in. This is gonna be difficult for some time until our bodies get back into shape and compensate on their own. Sometimes upwards of 30 days to break old habits and form good new habits. But I can promise you this, that if you try hard you're gonna feel much better in the days to come.
