(beeping) So remember, when wondering how often or when do I need to be trained we must remember that it's when a problem job is identified. Or two, when initially assigned to a problem job. Three, periodically as needed or when new hazards are identified in a problem job or changes are made to a problem job that may increase the exposure to MSD hazards. And four, at least every 3 years. Training and implementing proper ergonomics is a great way to stay healthy, reduce the cost and burdens that injuries like MSDs place on you, your employer, and on society. And it's a wonderful way to stay healthy for a long-lasting life.
A person needs to be trained in ergonomics when a problem job is identified, when assigned to a known problem job, when new hazards are identified, or at least every three years. Proper training can help a person stay healthy for a long-lasting life.
