How long does a CPR and First Aid course take?

  • Self-Paced Learning: You have the flexibility to pause your training and return later, allowing you to fit your certification into a busy schedule without losing your progress.

Our training is designed to be engaging and efficient, focusing on the high-priority skills you actually need in an emergency. There is no filler content, ensuring you get certified and back to your life as quickly as possible.

What is the difference between CPR and First Aid courses?

While both are life-saving certifications, they focus on different types of emergencies. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is specifically designed to keep blood and oxygen flowing during a cardiac arrest, while First Aid covers a broad range of injuries and sudden illnesses.
  • CPR Training: Focuses on chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to restart a heart.
  • First Aid Training: Focuses on stabilizing a patient during non-cardiac emergencies, such as severe bleeding, bone fractures, allergic reactions, and environmental heat or cold exposure.
The ProTrainings Advantage Our combined course weaves these two disciplines together into a single, cohesive curriculum. Instead of seeing them as separate tasks, you learn how to assess a scene and apply the correct life-saving "tool" from your toolkit, whether that is a bandage or a compression.
