Increasingly, scientific evidence shows that human beings are comprised of an energetic system that is highly integrated with the physical body, emotions, and the spirit. When methods of therapeutic energy healing are incorporated with modern healthcare modalities, positive client outcomes result. Music, sound healing, meditation, therapeutic touch, healing touch, reiki, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, qigong, and acupuncture are therapies that can result in enhanced health and healing for many individuals.
Upon completion of the course, you will be able to do the following:
- Describe the biofield (human energy field).
- Examine sound and music therapy interventions and benefits.
- Describe the effects of meditation on the brain, health conditions, and energy.
- Examine the benefits of the energy medicine therapies of Therapeutic Touch®, Healing Touch, Reiki, reflexology, and craniosacral therapy.
- Describe the practice and health benefits of qigong.
- Identify the practice, theories, and clinical efficacy of acupuncture.
Complete the course post exam (CE Test) with a score of 80% or greater. Complete all fields of the course evaluation form. Certificate of Completion is provided once all of the courses within the certificate program have been successfully completed per criteria above.
