Description

Mindful self-care is essential for your well-being. Caring for yourself is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, and it is also one of the easiest things to forget to do or put aside in favor of tending to others. Self-care habits, when done regularly, have the ability to greatly enhance your body, mind, and spirit. When you mindfully care for yourself, you benefit and so do others in your life.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to do the following:

  • State why mindful self-care is important for health.
  • Identify why mindful self-care can be difficult to achieve.
  • Describe the elements of a mindful self-care plan.
  • Describe various mindful self-care practices for health and well-being.

Criteria for successful completion

Complete the course post exam (CE Test) with a score of 80% or greater. Complete all fields of the course evaluation form. Certificate of Completion is provided once the course post exam is passed per criteria above.
