Code of Conduct

for Instructors and Skill Evaluators

As a ProTrainings Skill Evaluator/Instructor, I agree to:

  1. Maintain all relevant certifications and credentials pertaining to training done on behalf of ProTrainings.
  2. Adhere to ProTrainings practices and guidelines for all training where a ProTrainings certification will be issued.
  3. Maintain a safe environment and proper equipment necessary for skill evaluations/classes.
  4. Respect and treat others fairly and equally, regardless of race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, disability, or any other basis protected by law.
  5. Maintain a professional demeanor.
  6. Conduct the complete evaluation requirements for each participant and provide appropriate information to participants for the completion of their certification. Provide honest and fair skill evaluations/instruction for each participant.
  7. Never engage in sexual harassment, including sexual solicitation, physical advances, or verbal or nonverbal conduct that is sexual in nature and that is unwelcome, offensive, or creates a hostile work or classroom environment.
  8. Never charge any fees or seek financial gain for services relating to ProTrainings other than course or skill evaluation fees due.
  9. Never disclose any confidential student information outside the necessary exchange of information to ProTrainings for certification purposes.
  10. Never use ProTrainings material in the course of issuing certification from any entity that is not ProTrainings.

I further acknowledge that failure to follow agreements, policies, regulations, and procedures related to the conduct and administration expected of a ProTrainings' certification may result in the immediate revocation of registration, terminating my ability to evaluate skills/conduct classes for participants to receive certification from ProTrainings.
