What you need to know:: Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing, as this is an active course. If you have any physical or special educational needs, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to make the course inclusive for everyone. Please note that full attendance is required to complete the qualification; it’s not possible to leave early or miss any parts of the course. ID: Please bring one form of photo ID with you on the day. Assessment: Please bring your smartphone with you, as we will complete the assessment on this device. (Don’t worry—if there are any technical issues, we have paper versions available too!) The test is a simple multiple-choice assessment, and everything will be covered during the course. Please note that the course is taught and assessed in English. Reasonable adjustments can be made for verbal assessments, but participants must understand the subject matter. Some practical skills are performed on the floor (kneeling down). If you have any injuries or conditions that may make this difficult, please let us know before attending, as this may affect your ability to pass the course. Manuals: We provide every attendee with a manual at the start of the course, containing all the course content. There’s also space at the back if you’d like to take notes.
