"Come with me, don't scream! Don't scream! Don't fight!" So now as we take a look at the aggressor who grabs the victim with a bear hug, but our arms are free. We're going to have the aggressor grab us. The great part about having our hands free, here, is that we can actually grab their clothing and trap them, sort of, to us. As that happens, we take our one leg closest to their groin, we drive it back to make some space, and then we launch that knee up into the groin. This sends an extreme painful response, overloads the brain. In most cases it breaks the grip, allowing for us to deliver a palm strike to these soft tissue targets. Nose. Throat. Face. And then we make our retreat. Now as we've been saying all along, practicing these techniques is really important to you developing a muscle memory. So watch again as we have our training partner set this up. Think about what we're doing. You know, we're going to be practicing our knee strikes. So make sure you have your training partner have the thai pad down here, away from their body so we don't injure our training partner. But have them be able to brace their arm. We're gonna do a knee strike once. Knee strike twice. Then as we come back for the palm strike, they bring up the target mitt, with a palm strike to the face. Again, knee strike, knee strike. Palm strike.
