Many companies have customer support. Sometimes they call their teams customer service. Around here, we call them happiness heroes, and that is something that we’re very proud to do. Our happiness heroes are truly here to help, sometimes going above and beyond the call of duty, and sometimes going way beyond, moving mountains for people.

With the recent release of Wonder Woman on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital, we thought we’d share a recent chat experience that shows exactly what makes our happiness heroes what they are. This is an actual chat log, with any personal information removed. While this sort of dialog isn’t typical of the day-to-day, it is typical of the excellent service that we provide.

    What a hoot. Steph really ran with that one. Terrific. On another note, the video on “When CPR doesn’t work” was excellent. I am an RN and never thought of a code in that light. I had my Doc hubby watch it too. He agreed with me. Thanks.
