What you'll be doing
- Many State and Health boards require individuals to be certified in CPR & First Aid for their jobs-- from healthcare to daycare to airlines to fitness. This can cause a challenge for many professionals who struggle to find time in their busy schedules to attend a class.
- ProTrainings.com offers professionals the opportunity to get certified online whenever works best for them.
- Your role will be to assist customers with tasks such as registering for their courses or managing their account by phone, email, and live written chat.
Availability & Location
Our customer service hours are 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday. We are seeking remote workers who have a great work ethic, are self-motivated, and do great work without direct supervision.
Desired experience
You have worked in a customer-relations role in the past, whether that was as a receptionist, a call center representative, nursing assistant, barista, bank teller, anything in retail, or any other position in which you helped and delighted customers.
Basic skills we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Comfortable with technology
- Fast typer
- Comfortable on phone, email, and chat
- Attention to detail
- Bonus if you speak additional languages, especially Portuguese, Korean, Hmong, and Chinese languages
